KnowYourNut is a financial operating system built for small business owners. It starts with 32+ free calculators that share a single business profile (the Living Memory), so owners enter their numbers once and every tool stays in sync. From there it extends into a connected dashboard with QuickBooks sync, Plaid bank transactions, CSV imports, and AI insights. The goal is simple: give every small business owner one place to plan, fund, and run their business without stitching together five different websites and a spreadsheet.

Founder

Tim Sorrentino is a U.S. Army veteran, small business owner, small business consultant, and founder of Blue Collar Holdings LLC. After serving in the Army, Tim spent years working directly with small business owners on financial planning, pricing, hiring decisions, and growth strategy. He built KnowYourNut to solve the problems he kept seeing firsthand: owners re-entering the same numbers across disconnected tools, making critical financial decisions with incomplete data, and running their businesses without a single source of truth for their numbers.
